Israeli humanoid startup founded in 2022 by Mobileye founder Amnon Shashua, ex-FAIR researcher Lior Wolf (CEO), and ML researcher Shai Shalev-Shwartz. Acquired by Mobileye (Intel) in January 2026 for ~$900M after raising only $38M at a $162M valuation - a 5.5x markup in under two years. The team applies Mobileye's camera-only philosophy (no lidar) to humanoid robots, with deep vertical integration across proprietary actuators, hands, and AI. Their November 2025 demo of two MenteeBots autonomously moving 32 boxes in an unedited 18-minute video was a landmark proof of multi-robot warehouse autonomy. Manufacturing partnership with Aumovio (ex-Continental) targets 2027 experimental batch, 2028 commercial launch. Sub-$20K unit cost target at 100K+ scale.
